Position Title Assistant District Attorney Location Blaine County DA’s Office, Watonga, Oklahoma Status & Salary Full‑time State employee, Immediate opening. Salary $70,000–$120,000 annually based on prosecution experience. Position Summary Tommy Humphries is the District Attorney for DA District 4, which includes Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant and Kingfisher Counties. Our mission is to protect the public by aggressively prosecuting violent crime, advocating for and supporting crime victims, and directing appropriate offenders toward treatment and rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities Handle all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases. Minimum Requirements Secure and maintain a favorable background investigation. Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma. Knowledge and Skills Excellent oral advocacy, legal analysis, legal writing and editing. Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
