What we are looking for:
We're looking for someone who can serve as the first point of contact for our agency, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, clients, and vendors. This person should be highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently while handling a range of clerical tasks that support day-to-day operations. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished, professional office environment are essential.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in office 5 days a week.
